One of the friendliest and nicest experiences we’ve ever had at a chemist’s. We were helped by Rekha who understood our critical need to get a Covid travel test done in time and went above and beyond to help us smoothly. I highly recommend this place, especially when service is as stellar as this.

I've just switched to this chemist from Boots. Wise decision, prescriptions always on good time waiting times shorter and staff more polite and nice to customers. I wish I had changed from Boots to here long ago. I recommend this pharmacist to local people.

Incredibly kind and professional. They performed our COVID test right before closing when they found out we were leaving for Paris first thing in the morning. Thank you to the entire staff at Earls Court Chemist with special thanks to Rekha! Highly recommended!

This chemist has made so many mistakes with when it comes to my prescriptions, not just me, but my whole family. In fact, my mum is suffering very bad withdrawal symptoms because this chemist failed to put the appropriate medicine in the bag….Here is some advice for you: if you do not have something stock you communicate that with your customer instead of just ignoring it. This is peoples healths at risk.

I go into that chemist and I could do a good job there, even the homeless dude outside the station could, so why is it so hard to have everything up on your system and make those mistakes. It is really poor and to be honest I am done with this chemist because I don’t think they are the best in area by a long shot.

Thier prices are double the prices at boots next door, I don't know how is that allowed, when I got home I realised that the vitamins I bought one already expired the other is about to expire.
Apart from making you wait for a long time, they are so rude and unfriendly,
They treat you like they doing you a favour.
They can try and just be polite.

The smell of disinfectant gave me a headache, on top of the one I already have! Unfortunately, asking me to wait 15 minutes to check if something is in stock is not appropriate with nowhere to sit when one is experiencing dizzy spells and seeking medication for it. I assume one has a computer to check this in a matter of moments? Here's the outcome for poor systems - tip for all readers - go to Kensington Pharmacy - never had to wait.

RESPONSE TO OWNER:
Prioritising your reply to focus on an overuse of disinfectant rather than the service aspect of my comment speaks volumes :) You get 5 stars for arrogance.

Worst pharmacy EVER!! Every time I prescribe my prescription here, it has always some how never been received or never have my items in stock. Poor customer service, clearly don’t like black people. The sales adviser always switches her style of service every-time she serves me. Which is rude and aggressive, I will not be coming back!!
