Fantastic chemist... Staff go out of there way to help you... The delivery driver is absolutely fantastic too,he is more than helpful delivering my medication(sometimes after he has finished his shift) always with a cheerful smile . Id recommend this chemist to everyone..

I've been using late night for many years but over covid I could not get a proper appointment with my doctor...when discussing my medication with the pharmacist who gave sound advice and informed my doctor via email who adjusted my medication accordingly.
I now ask my pharmacist about some things like diets etc regarding my condition and is always very helpful.

Stay very clear & use the other pharmacy down the road. By far the most incompetent staff work in this so called pharmacy, from the pharmacist with the glasses to the so called dispensers. They make up prices on the spot.

Avoid can't get a repeat medication delivered after 3 days of being ordered. Rang and was told will be delivered before 9pm but still nothing. Will be changing pharmacy after being with them for last years

Very polite and helpful. I have moved my sons monthly prescription over to them as I have had enough of being messed about by other chemists

The delivery driver driving their van aimed rude hand gestures at me whilst whilst calling me a wan**r because I didn’t cross the road when he gave way, I had both a bad back and really bad knee pain which meant I was walking really slowly so I didn’t want to inconvenience the delivery driver of this pharmacy and there was also oncoming traffic on the other side so I did not want to be run over or inconvenience drivers on the other side of the road but I guess I inconvenienced the delivery driver of this pharmacy any way because I didn’t cross the road when he gave way.

Outstanding service and very nice people, I ordered a prescription at lunch time and was passing with work at 3pm so decided to call in but the prescription hadn't arrived from my GP yet so I said I would call in tomorrow to collect, to my surprise the prescription was delivered to my door at 6.30pm without me asking for the service. This has saved me time leaving work to collect tomorrow so all in all exceptional service and thanks to everyone at Accrington Late Night Pharmacy 👍

Brilliant chemist, we changed to them a few years ago. It was a great decision as they are the best chemist in town by a mile.
When you have a problem they go the extra mile to help and when you are poorly that is a welcome and comforting thing.
