This is honestly the worst pharmacy I've been to. It's so disorganised and they never have my prescription ready despite having 1-2 weeks to sort it out. I have to make multiple visits to get my medication. Every single time they misplace my prescription too. I ended up moving my prescriptions to East Worthing Pharmacy, who are very helpful & always prompt in getting my prescription ready

Very poor, sullen, ineficient service. When I gave some moderate and well articulated feedback in a reasonable tone the head pharmacist told me I could go elsewhere, so I will. It took 10 minutes to give me my prescription which is the simplest one you could possibly have. Meanwhile 5 people outside. Unbeleivably poor service. They all seemed to be in a bad mood - no sense of working together. No stars but have to give one I suppose.

Extremely slow and inefficient. Serving each customer takes 10 - 15 minutes. Although there was a queue, pharmacist disappeared soon after I walked in, assistant prepared my daughters' medication and said it just needed to be checked by the pharmacist. 15 minutes later the pharmacist strolled back in with cup of coffee and cake. Am planning to move my daughters prescriptions to Boots at Waitrose, much more efficient.

Incredibly slow service and then charmless service when you do get to the front of the queue! I’ve tried them twice with the same experience and have now changed to another chemist.

Had to pay £129!! for a pcr to travel...and had to do it in the foyer of the pharmacy. With a bloke outside the door as an audience. Not impressed!

Four staff, they only let one person in at a time 'for confidentiality', and it still takes 20 mins to get your medication. Add the 20mins waiting in the street. Useless place.

Half an hour queueing outside the pharmacy in the rain, at least 20 minutes inside (only one customer allowed at a time) the assistants were courteous, however, the pharmacist appears to work at a slow speed. After 10 years of using this pharmacy we’ve had enough of this every month and are taking our custom elsewhere.

Very difficult to park here due to zone restrictions. Have to queue outside for ages and when you do get in your prescription hasn't even been prepared. Very inefficient
