Very busy pharmacy, but the hard working team are always friendly and helpful. Been in almost daily the last week and excellent service every time.

Service is good..but the location of the pharmacy is hard to find

I just love this pharmacy.
The people here are so helpful and very friendly.
My prescriptions are always ready when they say there be ready. I phoned today to see if I could get an over 55 flu jab and was really happy to pop down on the same day as enquiring and receiving it.
Didn't even feel it.
Thank you to all the staff for being so nice.

Disrespectful behavior with the patients needs, arrogance and all the negative attitude that a patient does not need more.

In the dark this evening, this pharmacy is really hard to find. So we 'phoned for directions. 'Phone constantly engaged. Someone on the road told us where to drive in, park and walk around the back. Found a pharmacist reading a book with the 'phone off the hook. The important anticoagulant we needed post-surgery was not in stock. We had previously 'phoned to check the stock whilst trying to find the location. But in vain, because the 'phone was off the hook. The stress of all this following my recent open-heart surgery is to be avoided. Someone should be disciplined for this appaling behaviour. Will they be?

The service was absolutely amazing! I have never walked into a pharmacy and felt so welcomed. The team worked so efficiently, especially Rohin, who ensured that my prescription was explained clearly to me. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to my family as everyone was fantastic. Please thank Rohin for me.

Purchased a MedicSpot fit to fly covid test from them and got told by the man at the counter to do my test Monday and return before 2pm on the Monday only to get there to drop off and the pharmacy is closed...... ive had to drive to Nottingham to drop off my test as the incompetence of the staff is ridiculous. Pay for a service and get a half arsed effort.... absolute joke

I visited this pharmacy early morning. Very helpful staff, really go above and beyond to help me source a medicine I was struggling to obtain. Also has ample of car parking space and excellent opening hours.
