Genuinely one of the worst establishments I've ever been to, let alone pharmacy. Shockingly slow and useless service. Every time I've been there, there's a massive queue of angry and bemused people. Avoid at all costs, go to Williams instead. Fast and friendly.

Absolutely appalling service received here! The manager is just rude and unhelpful. I asked for medication and they told me they didn't have when in fact they did. As I work everyday and needed my prescription they made it so difficult to get it delivered. Even to point we worked from home so they could deliver but manager refused to deliver!! This establishment is all about making money and nothing else. Dave the manager has little care for his customers. AVOID and go to Williams for a professional customer focused and service.

Avoid. Flu jabs overbooked, the booking system is shambolic and slots are not respected. You arrive on time only to find 15-20 people in front of you. Staff are slow and inefficient. So they effectively pack as many people as they can into the shop and keep them as long as they can to help coronavirus spread.

Booked a flu jab one month in advance. I arrived there (3-miles taxi ride) to find that the pharmacy closed earlier. Prior to arriving, I was trying all day long to call them but the phone line seemed disconnected.

Long queues, poor or no stock of medications & the height is - when you wait for 15 mins, all you hear is "we have a system glitch, so we can't download your prescription, even though we can see your name!!". So you have to now go back to the GP/ surgery and request them to cancel current prescription & issue a new one to another pharmacy.. in all that, we lost a day's medication dose for my son - such a poor service.

This branch has the worst customer service possible. They are always understaff. Had to come 5 times to collect a prescription and they have shut the store. It takes half an hour for them to see you and another half an hour to prepare your prescription. Absolutely ridiculous

Unfortunately not great. First, they couldn’t find my prescription - turns out it was there all along and found after only after I got the reference number for it from my GP. Wasted an hour of my time through their sloppiness. Then, on another visit, they took good 10 minutes pricing up an item and then I got huffed at by the pharmacist by asking if they had a specific ointment. Audibly huffed at. They have a sign saying that they’re going through a change in ownership - hoping it will improve things because it’s really not patient centred right now to the point where they don’t even have a chair for you to sit on when you’re waiting for your prescription.

Waiting time was very short. But not all my prescriptions were available. Had to wait odor it to be ordered..in all, good customer service.
