Elm Park Pharmacy

I called the pharmacy and was asking about pain relief for my back pain and the pharmacist spoke to me and was polite at first I then asked about co codamol and how long I can take them for and he just said ok bye when I called back I said we had just spoke and he hung up on me he was very rude and it’s unacceptable considering his job is to dispense and and advise on medications. Terrible service from this pharmacist. This pharmacy is really good unless this particular older pharmacist is on duty

Very good range of products, staff always polite and patient and helpful to the extreme every single time I go in there. Thumbs up!

Went here today to return an item that was broken to either get a replacement or a refund . The Asian woman who was working should be sent to a customer service as hers was RUDE she thinks that everyone who comes in the store steals . Her language is ABSOLUTELY ABUSIVE . I WILL NEVER PLACE MY FEET HERE AGAIN . RATHER go to SAVERS FROM NOW ON . hope this place closes .

Use this pharmacy for delivering my meds,it’s the best one I’ve used ,pharmacist I find very helpful and will answer any questions you have. Iwould recommend to anyone

I have been using this pharmacy for absolutely years and years. trust me I can never find fault. Since Covid I have had my medications delivered and have NEVER had any issues whatsoever.

So, would HIGHLY recommend!

Fabulous pharmacy. Couldn't ask for more. During the Covid they've delivered our medications, which has helped me greatly in keeping my elderly Mum safe. Such nice staff, highly recommend.

They didn't delivery my medication, when required. When asked why. They responded we have other custoners. Rude.
