Total Health Pharmacy

Have used this pharmacy since moving to Watton 2 years ago. Service is great. The staff are always helpful and deal with any questions you have in a professional manner. In the current climate the safety measures are all in place. They also sale some lovely gifts and cards.

The best pharmacy I've ever used .They are all kind understanding will take time to listen to one.They always come up with help. Thank you to all the pharmaceutical staff,and anybody who has ever serverd me. Its a pleasure to use your services From Julia A Rodriguez-Payne

Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Like everywhere having a few problems securing pharmacist cover but they are doing their best and keeping customers updated.

It is so nice to know that you have a local chemist where everyone that works there are helpful and happy to give advice and supply solutions.

This chemist does all you want and more.
The staff are alwa an fhelpful even when very busy. I thank them for that.

Asked to call this pharmacy by Watton medical practice, phone was constantly engaged for approx. 3hours my call list on my iPhone showed I had tried to ring 193 times lol oh and to note I still never got through via the phone.. So I popped into the pharmacy, whilst I was in there, I did not see any members of staff on any phone in sight, i tried the same number again & guess what it was still engaged haha!!! Just proves they obviously take their phones off the hook.. I feel sorry for the elderly that probably can’t make it into store & can only rely on the phone!

Not the staff’s fault who are always pleasant and helpful but I was unable to collect my prescription because there was no pharmacist. This is disgusting service which never happened when Jeff owned the pharmacy. Going to change to another if this keeps happening.
