Appalling. Drove 1 hour to get a vaccine that was paid for and booked online only to find out the Dr was sick so couldn't give it - and they didn't have the vaccine in stock. Worst of all they couldn't give a refund - so I have to email to get it sorted out. Go somewhere else.

I booked online and paid for in advance to get 3 rabies jabs over the space of 3 weeks, after confirming with the pharmacy that they had the vaccination in stock.

After driving for one hour to reach the clinic for my first appointment I was told that there was no one available to administer the vaccine. An appointment was then re booked for the following Thursday at 6pm. On the morning of this day I called to confirm my appointment time. I was told there was no record of my booking but the lady on the phone said it was fine to ‘turn up’ at 6pm as the clinic closed at 6:30pm. I then drove another hour only to be told that the nurse had gone home already

At this point I called to request a refund due to the absolutely abysmal service (and a lot of wasted petrol money). Apparently the pharmacy can’t deal with that so I have now had to send an email to try and get a refund… I am currently still waiting on my refund.

Do NOT go to this clinic for travel vaccinations as they will just waste your time and money.

Visited today for travel vaccination. Excellent service & very friendly staff. Quirky little pharmacy. Very pleased.

I ordered AQUALYX fat dissolving ampules and they sent new solution, I used that and it is fake one, if I inject water instead that will be more effective 😡

Use this pharmacy a lot they deliver our repeat prescriptions we went today to get our flue jabs no making an appointment excellent service thank you

Terrible experience for travel vaccinations. I had booked a hep a injection for my daughter that could not be administered due to her age (9yo). This is despite the online booking system taking a date of birth.
The pharmacy is unable to refund the £70 advising I send an email instead. I have sent multiple and yet to receive a reply.
Reading other reviews similar has been experienced.

Got to be the worst pharmacy in Tamworth. Ordered prescription before Christmas and been in 3 times to collect. First time I was told it hadn't been ordered. Other times, told its not back yet. Great when you rely on your medication. Time to swap to a better pharmacy I think.

I posted a 5 star review for this pharmacy. Unfortunately it has now changed changed hands.
The previous pharmacist Indy was a one man army running the pharmacy to high class standards.
All that has changed.

Last week I ordered my repeat prescription. I item missing. They said I hadn't ordered it. I had and it was passed off by my doctor. They blamed my doctor but it was them.
This week on Monday morning I went to the eye hospital. They prescribed eye drops. They were not in stock and told me to come back Tuesday afternoon. I did and picked up the prescription and took it home.
They had not given me eye drops but antibiotics for water infections.
So I took them back Tuesday afternoon.
I was again told not in stock but to come back Wednesday. I left it until Thursday and yes they were now in stock but the pharmacist had not checked the prescription. Unfortunately he was in a meeting with a customer so ended up waiting half an hour for him to check my prescription. This never happened before, they were always ready on time and the correct prescription.
They also seem to have new staff apart from one lady and they haven't got a clue what they are doing.
I now have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star based on the awful service. Come back Indy the ship is sinking.
