ASDA Pharmacy

An absolute shambles of a pharmacy,last three repeat prescriptions missing medication on collection,they keep saying they can't get certain drugs,one of the staff told me to go Morrisons as they are independent and can source drugs from anyone!
When you ask for someone to speak to all you get offered is a locum, I have now moved my repeat prescription from the this Mickey Mouse outfit to a pharmacy that are professional,diligent and do not treat customers health in such an appalling cavalier manner

Avoid! Terrible customer service with lady pharmacist & staff lacking of basic ability & knowledge of how to deal with ill patients. They are at a pharmacy for a reason (theyare unwell!), not ot be shouted at & treated with little respect!

I went to the Asda pharmacy in North hykeham this afternoon to return my blood glucose monitoring system it had stopped working they were very friendly especially Veronica who took charge and replaced it immediately many thanks Betty

Horrendous attitude. Was questioned what I expected them to do, when I went there asking what other that calomile I could use to help sooth chicken pox. This was when there was a shortage and this woman’s attitude was horrendous

Awful...again...every visit there's a 20 min wait to be served. Can never find your prescription & 80% of time end up owing tablets. (Each customer takes at least 5-10 mins) I shall be changing my preferred pharmacy.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Every single time I use this pharmacy, I face a queue of at least 20 minutes. When you do get to be served, the staff are extremely rude. Today was by far the worst experience I've ever had at this pharmacy. I left in tears because of the treatment I received from 3 staff members in front of a queue of people

The pharmacist was brilliant . The lady on the counter not so much , but friendly and polite

If you might die from wrong tablets make it slower it might be preferable than dieing of boredom from waiting. I sear they only employ people who have one speed dead! Don't bother Sainsbury's is up the road try their or anywhere would be quicker 😭 a very angry woman still waiting for a simple prescription ! Avoid avoid avoid
