Don't expect a refund if you change your mind on a product, even if you have a receipt! and an unopened product! Don't have a refund policy on the wall, and couldn't provide me one either. Clandestine thieves . Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole. Good riddance. Go to BOOTS 2 doors down; clear refund policy on the reception desk stating 35 days - for better peace of mind. Even better , get your OTC medicines from Home Bargains. Happy days.

Definitely worth my 5stars! the best bio-nail gel extensions I have ever had. My fingers were massaged, nail bed treated with cuticle oil and several other therapies. the nail extensions were breathable and very carefully applied. The lady who applied them was a skilled professional! by the time my nails were done, I felt gloriously pampered with beautifully professional natural looking nails! Pricey but well worth the cost. Unfortunately, the nail technician has now left the salon because of a very long 3 bus commute to work! I'm gutted, just when I thought I had found my local salon. please let me know as soon as you've secured a replacement technician. trying other local nail salons is a painfully tedious process. nothing compares people!!

Best treatment I had (dermaplaning) by Nichola. Such a lovely person, warm, welcoming and friendly. Talk me through the whole treatment. Definitely going back. Highly recommended this place.

Imagine ordering free lateral flow tests from the gov website and then going to Adel's to pick them up, they don't have them to give but happy to sell them to you...

Originally was very unhappy when Nichola made Lazer very appealing without full explanation etc took money and results not what was made out, however, customer service is now ran by Sharron who has been very helpful with my daughter as well as Dr E agreeing to allow my daughter to redo her treatment at no extra costs in order to rectify mistakes made by others and to ensure all the money spent wasn’t a waste. I can’t fault them for their cooperation and look forward to in a years time when treatment is complete, my daughter feeling much better. Thank you
