Cohens Chemist

Great little chemist thats been there for decades. Friendly knowledgeable staff especially the woman called Susan I believe. The younger woman struggles a bit with day to day things like information.. breathing... walking.

Staff were very polite, prescription dispensed very quickly, I only waited a few minutes. Located on main road, easy to find.

The girl girl is so miserable and unhelpful. It USED to be a good pharmacy.

I asked for a simple request in order to get my meds and the lady behind the till looked at me like I was stupid? These people that run this place are very rude and arrogant and they evidently lack common people skills! Customer service is shocking!

So I have had experience of a bad chemist before, however these guys are 2nd to none. My Gp prescribed me some meds and they had them delivered to my door in less than one hour due to me isolating! Staff always friendly from the guys in store to the delivery driver John who always has a smile and a story! Keep up the good work.
