Worst company.. placed an order and after few days i called them about my order and then they came to know i have placed an order. I don’t know this is fake company or what but I will recommend never order from this company. I didn’t check the reviews before placing order and that is the biggest mistake I have done. There is no option of negative star otherwise I would have given that.

They are selling items on their website that they do not have in stock. They emailed me after placing and paying paying for my order to say they don't have the items stock. The oldest scam in the book. Beware. P.s. Should the business read this review, I have used my google email account to complete this review as the one I used to place the order on was a Yahoo email address.

I order online and have always had perfect service with items arriving quicker than estimated. Really well priced too with items at least 30% cheaper than where I was previously purchasing from.

Very good seller communication is excellent and great prices and products

Order still not here after 16 days.
Emails not answered and when I phoned, the phone was picked up and put down immediately.
Hopeless company, avoid them.

UPDATE
Replacements promised within 48 hours, but never sent.
Refund promised to be dealt with urgently.
That hasn’t happened either.
I have had to resort to asking my credit card company to get a refund for me……

Absolute rubbish company to deal with. Delivered incomplete order. No one bothered to update me that the items were missing or not available. I called them to send me the missing items. 7 days past items still not delivered. I called in again to check if the item were sent. I was told that the delivery company has messed up the order. I expected some acknowledgement from medicine marketplace but they failed the second time too. Took a refund. My advise if you are need of medicines never rely on them. Total waste of time.

Placed an orde in december. Three weeks later I write an email asking where the product is. I'm told the order was lost and will be sent again. Two weeks later I see from my bank statement that the order was refunded. I email again as i needed the product. I'm told they couldnt process my order.
Don't understand why it took over a month to tell me this.

The order has not been dispatched as promised dispite 3 phone call . They actually do not have the stock and have taken the money already!! Do not buy from this company . I believe since covid companies think they can just take your money without sending out items well that is illegal.
