I'm trying to find out about an order I made but the phone is ringing out for days. They don't reply to emails. Does anyone know if they're still open?

Update: Heard nothing from them. Have initiated chargeback with my credit card company.

Very friendly staff. Went to have threading done by Fatima, who was helpful as usual. Plus she let me know days she did threading. Wednesday - Saturday. Fantastic customer service.

I have been trying to contact this Pharmacy to confirm status of my online order and I have no response after 1 week...the online service seems to be poor in communication....

I am still waiting for my order. Nothing...not reliable at all

avoid, avoid, avoid!! been waiting a month now for my online order, requested refund but it hasn't happened....seems they do this a lot, reading the other reviews on here.....useless!!

I ordered something online but never received the items. No response via email, nobody answers the phone.

AVOID at all costs

I made an online purchase and never received the goods and have now just called my bank to raise a dispute over the transaction and they are looking into the company. I see many people have written reviews similar to mine and I advise you to take the same action as Online4Pharmacy will NOT reply to emails or pick up their phone!

After ordering a twin pack of Drapolene @£11.98 and receiving a confirmation email I only received i single Item. After phoning and emailing the site and receiving no communication from them I give them only one star and no recommendation.

Ordered on-line. Not received my order. No response from E-mails! Lost money!!
