New to this Pharmacy after moving from Murray's, very friendly and helpfull staff, very polite phone manner and over the counter.

The ladies in here are lovely and always have a nice conversation with them. However the pharmacists are always grumpy and behave like you're a nuisance and they're superior. They more often than not haven't got my mum's medication even after the 3 days wait for repeat prescriptions. Today's particular experience was unacceptable. I order her meds 2 weeks ago. They only had half of her prescription after a week and now at my second attempt I've been told they can't get them and we'll have to go to the doctors to get a new prescription for an alternative. Not only that but having already paid for the whole prescription was told we'd have to pay again. This service is not good enough and we willbe moving pharmacies as I've lost count of how many times this kind of thing has happened!

Staff are friendly and the consultation room to speak to the pharmacist is very private.

This Pharmacy is one of the best I've ever dealt with. They have really good systems in place to ensure that they respond to people's needs. 5 stars!

Ran out of painkillers NHS 111 arranged for Prescription to be put up at Bewdley on a Saturday morning. People at the chemists useless. The prescription was there as arranged the useless staff were belligerent, arrogant and refered to it as a referal. Would not issue the tablets told to wait till next Monday.
The tablets were there ready for collection with a date and time on the box. I complained to the pharmacist who said he would look into it and pho e me back. Nothing.
What a sham.

Were amazing in supplying me an emergency inhaler whilst I was away from home. Followed their process of contacting my doctor back home to send an electronic prescription, however they didn’t want to do that. Returned to the pharmacy to explain and after taking my details and looking at my history I was provided with one for my usual prescription cost. Pretty much saved me time away and very grateful.

As always very friendly I've always felt very welcome all the staff are friendly very polite and as a long time customer using this Pharamcy it has never let me down, I've had only a few problems with a type/brand of tablet where the contents do not agree with my health, And they have always try to make sure not to send me those brands if it does on the very odd time I do get sent the wrong brand its exchanged as soon as they can, As long as I need to use a Pharmacy I wont use another shop I'd rather just wait for item/s to arrive.

Can't beat the staff, always go above and beyond... Balbonder the owner and pharmacist is fab
