There are pharmacies and there are pharmacies. Healthways is unique. For as long as I can remember, probably over 35 years, Dhimant Patel , has led his team with consummate professionalism, care and diligence. At a time when many doctors surgeries are performing abysmally, Healthways is a sanctuary, for people who need experienced advice , often people who are challenged and Mr Patel is always there to spend time with his customers.
Healthways is a credit to the community. I only wish he could roll up his methodology and export it to other pharmacies.

Super quick and easy experience getting the vaccine (also painless so that’s definitely a win!). My family has come here for years and even though I moved away a few years ago and have only returned now they still remember me! Fantastic place to get your Covid vaccine! All the staff and volunteers are so so friendly and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in! The service is fast, clean and efficient. Shyam was my vaccinator, who was brilliant and calmed me down whilst I was nervous with receiving my vaccine (and also gave me my first dose pain free)! To the whole team at Healthways Pharmacy- thank you very much you are doing an outstanding job! I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough to anyone still waiting to receive their vaccine, you will not be disappointed!

I have just had my first vaccine, all staff are caring and happy to help with all customers. All staff have are communicative and supporting ensuring I am fine and feeling alright, also ensure I am getting home safe. Strongly support this pharmacy whether its prescription or for vaccine.
