Really hit & miss when it comes to prescriptions, too eager to tell you they don't have it, doctors must not have sent it etc, then turns out the pharmacy had it all along, lots of mistakes over the years, I've given up now won't be going back

Called in today about 1clock, totally miffed as to were to find anything, so ask lady behind counter and she was absolutely lovely and helpful 🤗 she came out from round counter and took me around to all areas to get what I needed, gave advice and not a tut or eyeroll insight 😁 thank you 👍

Just spent 25 mins trying to pick up a prescription for a sick friend who they had told was ready . Arrived at the pharmacy staff member was rude and ignored me then told me they couldn’t find it . After some time they found it then said it wasn’t in until tomorrow . I rang my friend and told her . She rang them and was told they had it after all . So she had to get out of bed and go and pick it up in a taxi . Disgraceful and shoddy service

Avoid...unreliable...incompetent...never answer phone...pharmacist pretty nonexistent

Glad I don't need to use this pharmacy. I only chose it for a click and collect delivery because I would collect next time I was in Chorley. I went on Monday arriving before 1pm to find the place closed with a handwritten sign on the door saying "closed for lunch due to staff shortage". The place is only open Mon-Fri which is inconvenient enough without closing at lunchtime as well. Went back 2 days later and enquired about a delivery and gave the order no. but the person behind the counter didn't know what I meant ('understand' was word). So I asked "What do you mean you don't understand ?" She then tried to lecture me about my attitude (I am older than she is). So I again said I have placed an order online for something to be delivered to this Pharmacy and that I had come 2 days prior but the shop was closed when it was supposed to be open. She asked my name and came back a few minutes later with the package. A gentleman stood next to me was shaking his head and complained he too had to come back for things missing on his prescription. I am in full agreement that retail staff or anybody providing a service should not suffer abuse (not that I was abusive) but it is a two way thing, provide a reasonable level of service and maybe people will not get frustrated.

Last visit I waited 50 minutes for my 1 item prescription. It wasn't busy,people complaining about how long they have to wait. Staff don't seem to care, you'll get it when you get it attitude. Have my prescription sent to another pharmacy.

Just about completely useless. Extremely slow, consistently get prescriptions wrong (ie don't check if there is more than one that have been issued), close when they feel like, horrendous queues & very limited opening hours (unlike Chorley Chemist next door). Not open on a Sunday...my wife walked there Saturday 310721 (opening hours 09:00am-14:00pm) only to find note on door stating 'closed from 10:50am-13:10pm!!!. Been looking to move to Chorley Chemist for a while now having experienced seriously poor service...Will not be using this Chemist again. Lloyd's...you need to be asking questions! Enough said!!!

You just can not rely on this pharmacy for your prescriptions as it’s opening hours seem to constantly change for no apparent reason.
