Terrible. They wouldn’t admit to losing my passport ID after requesting it multiple times. After my sending it, they had to ask again for my order number. This exchange of emails happened over several days despite mypharmacy charging £7 for next day delivery.
The best thing I received, several days later, was a full refund.
It’s concerning to think, these people dispense drugs 😳

Excellent service. Great price product which I have been unable to get in any pharmacy locally. I will definitely use again rather than queueing in a store only to reach the till to find out the item I want is out of stock. Highly recommend. Order arrived next day.

Ordered Optrex Infected Eyedrops (which were not easy to source from many online suppliers) from their website over the New Year holiday. Despite the holiday, the delivery came super quick (far earlier than the delivery that the local pharmacy was offering), and they were lovely and friendly on the phone. Highly recommended! Thank you. :)

People employed here cannot read- keep asking for information given in the original consultation.
Cancelled my order- do not trust them to provide legit products as customer service is so poor. wouldn't not recommend and very worried as I sent a copy of my ID.
Please dont use this- scam to get ID copies.

Ordered, charged extra for next day that was a week ago, telephone line just says the times they are open and cuts off, emailed a dozen times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered elsewhere and already received, still waiting a refund from MyPharmacy

Had an issue with DPD delivery, tried to reach out to customer service for help, but they never replied. Won’t be shopping with them again.

Horrible service received which led to me cancelling my order. They refused to process my order despite me sending in my ID details multiple times. Bear in mind my order was stuck on hold FOR OVER 2 weeks. I did not hear from them unless I reached out first! Absolutely ridiculous. Took my order to Dr Fox who processed it within a couple of hours and sent it out! Would recommend them as they seem to know what they are doing.

Edit: following the reply to my pharmacy below, I would like to state that's actually not true. The photo which shows their delivery attempt was at my fire escape where there is no doorbell. I had also contacted my pharmacy twice, but they stopped replying. I have contacted them now for a third time and hoping they'll actually respond this time.

I paid for next day delivery, but the delivery person couldn't find my address and missed posting 2 days in a row. My pharmacy refused to then refund me, and instead said I should pay for redelivery which they suggested was around £30. Seriously disappointed
