The staff are a delight and very helpful!! I cant thank the pharmacy team enough for all the help and advice over the years. I'm overjoyed to have met such lovely kind hearted people ❤ ♡

I always receive a high standard of service from this pharmacy. Please be mindful that a pharmacy is rarely responsible for the GP's they have linked to them. This means that if your GP hasn't sent your prescription through to the pharmacy, they can't dispense your medication.

The staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable. The Pharmacist can also give advice on minor ailments as well, and offer pharmacy only medications if appropriate. Good to bear in mind if you have difficulty getting to see your GP.

One of the very few good experiences I’ve actually had in a pharmacy!
Pharmacist was very helpful.
The staff are fab! Will offer to deliver prescriptions if you are unable to wait.
Will be back when I need some more advice.
I’d rather visit this branch than go to a walk in centre.

Not a very professional service. Went in for some advice was greeted with wipe your feet, made to stand there for ten minutes and was ignored. When I was just about to leave was asked what I wanted by, I presume the pharmacist, who was rather disdainful and clueless. Went to another pharmacist to get the appropriate treatment advice. Definitely would not recommend going here.

Very friendly and professional, the staff are amazing, and my prescription is always ready on time, excellent pharmacists who are ready to listen , I wouldn’t change to another pharmacy

The rudest staff you could possibly find. They stand there talking rather than serving customers. They lie about prescriptions not being sent when the doctors have sent the request in front of client. (1 month ago)
I went into the Pharmacy today 15.10.22 about a month after leaving the review above. As I was awaiting my prescription the 'manager' came out and challenged me about the review I had left. I explained my issue as stated above and this individual stated that I was wrong and my point was not valid. Apparently staff are allowed to talk about holidays rather than serve customers. There was no apology or anything. This individual then informed me that I should go to Rowlands Pharmacy in future rather than use the village pharmacy as this pharmacy is only for people who are satisfied with the service within the community. This individual was condescending and patronizing in tone and rather than apologizing simple advised me to go elsewhere especially if I did not use the Pharmacy very often. This is totally unacceptable, I asked for a complaints procedure but was told that this person was the 'manager' and that there was no-one else to deal with. I doubt very much that this is the case and urge others who have had an issue with the service to leave a review as according to this individual, who is apparently in 'charge' there is not a problem and no one should write a negative review. If they do they need to go elsewhere and use another pharmacy. When I pointed out that this is the nearest pharmacy for me to collect my elderly relatives prescriptions and that I am free to choose where I wish to collect a prescription and should be able to expect a high level of service I was then told again that the Rowland's Pharmacy is just down the road so I should go there. Unbelievable treatment and with no attempt to address the problem. This individual thinks that because they used a so called 'professional tone' she can then say whatever she wishes. I will pursue a complaint further to this. After over a month of my last review I receive this reply from the 'owner' they again make untrue claims rather than apologize for their rudeness. I was clearly told I was wrong to complain and if I was not happy and left a
negative reviews to go to another pharmacy. Trust me I would never set foot in here again and I have spoken to many people who feel the same. The owner was not present at the time and is relying on the word of a 'manager' who was arrogant and condescending. No attempt to apologize at all. I have complained to numark who have made it clear that this behaviour is unacceptable and advised me to deal with the 'owner' who blatantly ignores complaints and condones staff confronting customers when they go into purchase items. With 'owners' like this what can be expected from staff if this is the expected standard. Appalling the reply says alot about them.

I am writing this review as I have several issues with the Pharmacy. Firstly, the service is unacceptable. You can be kept waiting for 10 or 15 minutes while the staff complete their informal chats or clean the counter or hoover the floor. There is no acknowledgment at all just a sullen face. I am a pensioner and regularly meet with a group of pensioners and many have the same feelings. Six of the eight people in my group feel so strongly about this we have moved our prescription service to another pharmacy and complained at the Doctors Surgery as it is pointless airing your views with any of the staff here.
Secondly, there is a young women who has been there a few months who seems to be in charge as the manager and she seems to think that as long as she smiles she can talk to people in a condescending way, especially to older people. She tries to appear pleasant but has a snide attitude. She attempts to belittle and this is unacceptable. Several of my elderly friends have experienced this. Thirdly, when you ask for advice, there is no high quality advice provided. You visit a community pharmacy when you are at your lowest but to be greeted by miserable faces and impoliteness is not what you need when you feel unwell. This is not a community pharmacy to trust and respect and I have taken my custom elsewhere to a lovely pharmacy with friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable staff.
