Tesco Pharmacy

In my experience , the customer service is excellent. Helpful, solution based, communicative and polite. When I've asked for advice/recommendations on price comparisons with over the counter products , or what's recommended for a minor ailment etc staff have been clear
even when seeing your GP is the guidance. Would be most helpful if this pharmacy did the dosset box service, I would get my mother's medication from here in a flash. Thank you to all of the staff in pharmacy at Dukes Green.

At 10:15 yesterday morning my doctor sent over a prescription for antibiotics. Having heard nothing, I phoned Tesco Pharmacy that evening. But they said they had no knowledge of it. This morning I spoke to the doctor's receptionist, who gave me the bar-code to help the pharmacy to trace it. Only problem is that I can't get through to the pharmacy. The line just goes dead. So nearly 48 hours on, I am still without my prescription.

I was two minutes from closing and the ladytbehind the counter turned all the lights off. The pharmacist realised what I needed were antibiotics served me and was very kind and understanding. Thank you 23 August 2020

The Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacist Mr. Prince Arora is one of the most dedicated person I have come across.

Prince is a nice person and a true professional. After a major operation, he looked after me very well with providing me the ultimate post surgery care.

Had message sent that prescription was ready, yet on arrival they had misplaced it, its not the first time ive had issues with tesco dukes green pharmacy, not being notified and sometimes poor service .

Calling since they open 6.30 no one bother to pick up. It's 7.44. Other tescos pharmacy did pick up within 1 call.

They no answer phone, just take the phone and hang up, the staff are not professional and they don’t have knowledge, I received a text message that prescriptions are ready but when I been there they said I have to wait half an hour to dispense them…

Very slow service. Waiting 10 minutes to be servuceand then 15 minutes for the medicine. Was serviced by Jane.
