Boots Pharmacy

Will never trust these people ever again with my prescription!!! I received my text to say my prescription was ready on Thursday as I was unwell I asked my dad to pick them up when I got them I noticed that the seal was broken and I looked inside to see right away that they was definitely a few missing out of the bottle, anyways I counted them to find out they was actually 40 tablets infact missing when I rang the pharmacy I was told that that was impossible and that they are checked before going out and I said to the man on the phone that I can count and I only have 20 tablets in this bottle anyways I was told to take them back. When I got there I was told they had ran out and was owed the tables as they was out of stock. Rang back on Monday to see if my tablets was back in stock as I was about to run out and was told that they had no recollection of any of this and I would need a prescription again I was absolutely fuming! In the end I got my medication they owned me but not until they had put me through plenty of stress and upset and worry about being left without medication. NEVER AGAIN will I trust my prescriptions to go to this pharmacy!!!!!! I would advise you all to go elsewhere!!!!

Not very efficent at all the last few times my prescriptions went straight there. Twice i got a text to say it was ready...5mins after they closed.I did tell them about it. Last time i went down for my prescription for my inhaler i was told it was there but not ready and would be ready the following day which i asked if they could do it and id wait for it but said no . Lo and behold text message 5mins after i left saying it was ready but it was also 5mins after they shut too. Ive changed chemists now

Next door to doctors surgery so conveniently placed. Quite small and tired looking/dated. Service was OK but didn't say they had only half the medicine available. Gave a ticket for the other half which meant I had to come back for it.
