Burnley Late Night Pharmacy

It's a shame that this place is run by locums and not regular pharmacists! Not a place i would go out of choice but today was an emergency so convenient in that aspect i suppose! However the pharmacist and his lispy assistant were extremely unhelpful and appreciative of the situation .... Yes u sorted me out today clever clogs but how on earth do i get through the whole of tomorrow prior to having my GP sort me out later on in the day! You knew u had more discretion but u refused yo exercise it! Fine! Just hope your family or loved ones never find themselves in a similar situation!!

Do you ever apologise when you get your customer's prescription requests wrong?
It always seems to be a fault of the surgery or simply 'tough'.
A simple 'sorry' is all it takes?

Excellent pharmacy and staff, always polite and courteous and professional in all manners. I have been using this pharmacy for the past 2 years and could not fault them at all. Keep up the good work and wish you guys all the best.

I have amended this review. The staff want to be able to help, but, sometimes, they just need to have a little more patience and understanding. Other than that, I recommend.

Always received medicine as expected and updated on any delays which happen time to time. Staff do their job as you would expect, polite and helpful.

Year after year this pharmacy has been spot on.
