I went to Reid's to get travel vacations for me and two children. The service was excellent from start to finish. We were seen by Dr Reid himself and he went above and beyond to ensure the whole experience was enjoyable especially for the children and now they cant stop talking about him. The consultation and information given were spot on and more than enough. I drove a distant to get to Reid's and it was all worth the journey. I highly recommend this friendly and professional Pharmacy especially for children. Thank you Dr Terry Reid.

Reid’s Pharmacy provided me with an exceptional experience and service second to none. Note this is the first time I’ve felt the need to post a review, if you are looking for good genuine travel advice Reid’s pharmacy will provide that and equip you for your journey.

Reid Pharmacy excelled from start to finish. I rang up querying their stock of Yellow Fever vaccines for a last minute holiday and they booked me straight in. Terry was absolutely fantastic, especially with a rather nervous vaccine patient and was both professional and hilarious in equal amounts. Would definitely recommend their travel services.

Very bad customer service. I called requesting for a letter to be clearer for occupational health at work. The owner wanted to charge me an admin fee for rewriting a letter which is unclear in the first place. The original letter does not state how many doses of a vaccine I had received. Also, for apparently digging up archive records of this vaccine. The first call I made the previous week - the advisor was also was very rude and dismissive. She claimed they are very busy and that this letter would take weeks to put together. Avoid at all costs. Presuming they are educated Pharmacy cashiers - which kind of letter takes that long to pass on to a customer?!! There are plenty of Pharmacists willing to go above and beyond for customers and charging admin fees for correcting letters is wrong. I am very disappointed and for a black owned business it's shameful to think customers do not know their rights.

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. Exceptional service, very kind, helpful & reassuring with travel vaccinations. Superb. Recommending to all.

Such a lovely pharmacy. Staff were friendly and informative and it was the least painful vaccination I’ve ever had, literally didn’t feel a thing. They also helped me out with good products for my trip.

Unfortunately 5 stars does not do Reid's Pharmacy the justice it deserves!

I am due to move abroad and have to get a range of vaccinations. As a big needle-phob this is far from the Friday evening that I would want. Nonetheless due to high recommendations from my own GP I decide that this was where I would get my jabs.

Straight away a wonderful and professional greeting by a lovely young lady, from which I was issued paper work for my appointment. Which was shortly followed up by meeting the outstanding Mr Reid himself!!

Mr Reid safely escorted me through his facility while seamlessly implementing all COVID safety precautions, making me feel safe and no doubt his staff, and other customers.

Mr Reid was fully prepared for my appointment and although I felt I needed every jab under the sun his knowledge and expertise allowed me to better understand what was and wasn't necessary for my voyage. As multiple vaccinations were need Mr Reid explained clearly the combinations that could and couldn't happen and the length of time needed to wait in between vaccines.

As a nervous talker Mr Reid allowed me to ramble on and ask a million one questions and sometime be slightly challenging. But after all of this he left me feeling secure in the best course of action based on his professional opinion. Mr Reid then followed through with a range of distraction techniques which fully work and before I knew it I had 3 out 11/15 vaccinations. No pain....just a slight small pinch at the most.

I know can't wait for my next appointment and have no fear of the needles coming!

I think the only fear in the room may now be that I don't stop talking (Sorry Mr Reid!! :-D )

Mr Reid even gave me a chocolate for being so brave! This appointment was made even sweeter by the discount so generously and kindly applied. This pharmacy is REALLY invested in its customers!

I can fully see why this pharmacy has so many accolades. Their customers service, professionalism, genuine care for their customers and the community is evident in all that they do. Furthermore their "go above and beyond attitude" and precise care shows how highly they pride themselves as professionals in their field of medical care providers.

Although I live above a pharmacy i will only go to this pharmacy for the experience alone.

Thank you Mr Reid and Team, see you all soon.

Failed to reorder a routine prescription and blamed the GP for not approving when Reid pharmacy hasn't requested anything on their side. Sent me on a goose chase to find out what was happening to the prescription medication.

Then Mr Reid had the audacity to explain how he is doing me a favour by ordering the prescription and its not his job as if trying to belittle me... Mr Reid, if you're lazy enough to not order prescriptions when requested then at least have the decency to apologise rather than provoke me by saying "take your business elsewhere if you're not happy".

OR BETTER YET JUST LET ME REORDER MY OWN PRESCRIPTION NEXT TIME INSTEAD OF SAYING YOU ARE GOING TO DO IT.

Hope you're happy my sick mother hasn't got her prescribed medication on time and I have to look elsewhere. Good job. Have had no other problems with other staff there (been using the pharmacy for ~ 1 year), everyone is lovely.

Will not be returning back to this pharmacy when there is a vain 50 year old man with no shame yelling at his customers to get out when he can't order a routine prescription.

Just thought I'd leave my honest review of this place, tonnes of other pharmacies around.

Trash.
