What’s happened over the last twelve months. Prescriptions never ready even if you wait the mandatory 72 hours to collect. I like many other locals have changed to another chemist. Ya no better at the Moor Street one either

Always helpful and do the checks when they sell you anything.

Poor queue control. 1:30hr queue and the shut for 30 minutes for lunch mid day without letting people outside know what was happening. Slow service and Zero people skills

I think the service here is fantastic. I remember how bad it was 4 months ago. It was the height of the pandemic and all the people in there worked really hard. It is a pleasure going back in there now and the queues have gone 👍

Staff helpfull which is all you can comment on really for a chemist, it does what it says on the tin, gives you stuff to heal 😁

My husbands medication was out of stock at our regular pharmacy for over 2 months and we were told by our GP to phone around local pharmacies to check if they had any. Well after dozens of calls I tried Well Kirkham and got a lovely young man who gave me the same answer all the others had ‘sorry no we don’t’. This time however, he offered to order it in for the next day. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Never had problems getting a prescription of antibiotics with any other chemist but this was one problem after another, claimed not received prescription from gp after checking 3 times said no we don't have it, but chemist over the road confirmed it was on the national system, phoned Well back said yes come to collect it we've found it now! Went collect said were busy come back later,?! Went over the road and had the medicine within less than 5 minutes. Attitude of staff awful too. Have changed nominated pharmacy away from this place.
