Sharoe Green Pharmacy

Went here because my baby had constipation shes 1.5, was refused lactulose because apparently she’s too young for it and she needs to see a dr, because she might need something else phoned the dr and they said they found it barbaric as lactulose is the only one they would ever prescribe for babies and she didn’t understand why she said she’s too young for it as that is the only one suitable for babies, went to my local chemist who was more than happy to help and got lactulose no problem.. don’t know why they pulled an evil look when I said her age?? Even on the back of the lactulose it says the dosage for babies and young children so really confused as to why she said it wasn’t age appropriate. This was a Friday and I was so lucky to even get drs advice last min because my baby would’ve been suffering all weekend if I had listened to the ‘pharmacist’ and didnt call the dr on time.

Asked them to order some tablets for my prescription. They told me we will order them.... No problem so I waited and then called to ask if they were in to be told sorry we can't get them ???
Just be honest with people straight away.

Totally unhelpful needed something urgently for a very sick patient counter assistant said they don’t sell them!!!! Didn’t even look or ask other other assistants behind her and as I was walking out they’ve got a shelf full of them!!!

Had my covid jab here, they remembered my name and really looked out for me

Handed a prescription into this Pharmacy today at 11:15am and told it would be "about 10 minutes". What they didn't say was that there was no Pharmacist even in to issue the prescription .An hour later I was still waiting. I had to pay more hospital parking charges because of this .I finally got the prescription when she returned. There were several other people who had been left to wait as well .Abysmal service. We should all have been told from the start there was no Pharmacist and we could have made the choice to stay or go elsewhere. Judging by previous reviews it's common that this Pharmacy has no Pharmacist in

What an absolute delight to discover this pharmacy a) answers the phone b) delivers to the doorstep. I usually use Pharmacy 2U online service however my GP practice can only prescribe 2 days before medication is needed. This isn't enough time for delivery. So polite and professional they are my new "go to" chemist
