Lloyds Pharmacy

I've never seen such inept staff, nor have I ever been treated with such disrespect. Very unapologetic when they get things wrong. Treated like I don't know my own meds by everyone there. If you have repeats and do not want the stress, don't use them.

Very helpful staff and the opening times are great and very convenient as we as a care company are always looking for pharmacies to collect prescriptions for our clients and with it being located inside the Sainsbury’s we can also collect any shopping that’s required excellent services too

I have never received such appalling treatment at a pharmacy before. They have always been poorly stocked with very rude staff but today, just unbelievable. From past experience I now always ring in advance to ensure that they have my script and that it has been filled as I am reliant on others to take me to Sainsburys and I have strange work hours so cannot change to a regular pharmacy. Well I rang in advance and they checked and confirmed that they had my medication in. But when I arrived I was told to come back in 10 as it was a controlled drug and it needed to be double checked by the pharmacist. However, when I returned I was told; "unfortunately we do not have this medication in stock, we will need to order it in". I recieved no apology and they made no efforts to locate my medication elsewhere, despite me informing them that these were my pain meds and I needed them to function. I asked them to call other pharmacies as I have no means of returning tomorrow due to work commitments and they said that I could go to Tesco's and try their pharmacy but they didn't have the numbers for the other nearby pharmacy on Sheffield road. They rang another Lloyds when I explained how urgent this was, but then they started serving other customers. They simply left the phone on speaking placed the work surface expecting me to answer the phone if it was answered. The phone just kept ringing for 5 mins. I then took matters into my own hands and low and behold I located the medication at Peak pharmacy on Sheffield road.

They took absolutely no responsibility for their screw up, offered no kind of apology and made no effort to resolve the situation. They don't care about the customer!

Can't fault this pharmacy. Repeat prescriptions are done straight away and all staff are friendly & helpful. Never had a bad experience.

Great service! There was a bit of a wait but at this time of year its to be expected. Everyone was really helpful and still smiling despite the queues and some rude customers.

Very rude think it's ok to swear in a different language and think we didn't understand. Also was needed 7 emergency tablets but was only a loud 5 so be hope the other 2 ain't needed. Disgusting I wish I could give 0 stars.

Poor lady serving, couldn't help anyone in the queue, as pharmacist still hadn't arrived by 10:20. Was somewhat disappointed, went to Tesco instead.
