Whitworth Pharmacy

Bit of a shock today - 24th April 2018, I have used this chemist for many years and today was a disaster. They seem to change staff very frequently, my GP sent the prescription over to this chemist, to find the Pharmacist was on their lunch at 3pm and one of the elderly awkward and sarcastic assistants who was un- helpful said come back in an hour!!!! So I said, can you print of my prescription and I will go elsewhere. She replied, I'm not allowed!!! What a rubbish system and poor service. I hope she gets the same treatment when she is not feeling well, you know who you are...

Always had a pleasant experience in this pharmacy, it's very ideal with living round the corner.
The young man on the desk and the girls are extremely polite and helpful.

excellent chemist staff are brilliant and go out of there way.Much better than supermarket chemist I had used for years your not stood waiting 30 mins and more every time you go to collect your persciption.

Always very helpful no matter how under pressure they are.

It is the best pharmacy in Blackpool. The employees are always there to help you. They solve any questions you have, and always with a smile. I have been many times and have never had any problems, quite the contrary. They also know a lot about health.

Laughing in the background with colleagues as I was trying to talk to her about my nanas emergency prescription. Very rude and unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
