Would give Zero stars if possible. Month after month repeat prescriptions are wrong or not ordered and you are ignored while waiting up to 20 minutes. Not good if you have extreme pain on standing. There are chairs away from the counter but you have to wait in line first or lose your place. Unprofessional, caotic shambles. I will not use them again. Enough is enough. It shouldn't be a lottery to wait painfully in line to see if you actually get all your medication this month. They should be ashamed of the lack of service.

Been in a couple of times now and every time I've been ignored. the staff are busy which is understandable but they don't acknowledge you when you're stood waiting. I'd be happy if someone in there would just say either be with you in a sec or even are you being seen too. Customer service is a little bit shocking

Today was the first time I've been in this pharmacy and it was probably the last. There is a general lack of customer service here. They'd had the prescription sheet for a week but when I went in told me it was unavailable due to "manufacturing" issues. No real attempt to help or advise beyond that. I asked for the prescription sheet back and took it to Tesco instead, where it was available, but the pharmacy team there couldn't issue it because they said Lloyds hadn't returned the prescription to the system. Tesco kindly rang Lloyds (customer service!), who they said were unhelpful and rude. Cue many phone calls by me trying to get through to Lloyds, with them simply saying they had returned it to the system, and nothing else. Three people at Tesco said otherwise and I was more inclined to believe them. Lloyds eventually seemed to suggest it had been lost on their side due to a technical glitch but didn't seem overly concerned or apologetic. This was a wild goose chase that lasted three hours and I still don't have the prescription; I now have to wait for the surgery to issue a new one and go back to Tesco to collect it. To top it off, one of the members of staff was wearing a face mask under their nose, which seemed to defeat the point. An exercise in exasperation.

Yet again I have been let down over about my prescription I ordered items from the doctors and it was signed off ( these are critical meds) my wife when to collect my meds from this disgraceful company half meds were missing so we contracted the doctors and all my meds had been approved the fact is these disgraceful staff had found one bag of meds had found one bag of meds and thought was all that was needed. How long before someone dies due to incompetency time a change ownership and staff in my opinion no wonder people are changing to Cohens or Asda

Absolutely disgusting attitude held by the staff, nonchalant and rude. I work in the pharmaceutical industry and go to hundreds of pharmacy’s weekly, this is by far the worst I have ever visited in the entire United Kingdom. Go somewhere else if you are a customer, you’ll be much better off. Absolutely disgraceful service and attitude.

Went in on Saturday to collect my prescription, they'd had my request for a week, after waiting twenty minutes to be served I was told the boxes had not yet been unpacked and could I come back on Monday. Just been down this morning and the shop had a note on the door saying due to unforseen circumstances

Terrible customer service.older staff seem okay but the younger girls seem to have attitude problem.need training on customer service instead of concentrating on their nails and false eyelashes.will not be using again..

Disrespectful staff, awful service! Always blaming the surgery for their inability to do a simple thing, which is give us our medication when it's required.
