Well Norton Canes - Brownhills Road

Moved to the area about 3 weeks ago and first time using this pharmacy so did not know what to expect. Luckily the pharmacist branch manager (female of Asian descent, I think?) quickly allayed my fears and was exceedingly helpful with sorting out my prescription. Will be happy to use this pharmacy again. Five stars!

My go to pharmacy when I am visiting family in Stevenage. The staff are always so friendly and polite. The pharmacist, the young Indian with long hair always has a smile when greeting you which is so rare. She always has time to answer all my queries about my medication , no question is to silly to ask her. she is an asset to the health care sector.

A decent pharmacy that offers a great service, I visited a few weeks back and the team, particularly the branch manager, was really helpful and friendly, would highly recommend it!

Never open on time been waiting outside the pharmacy it’s sometimes 9.15am sue to no Pharmacist staff cannot open or never answer phone! Told my local marymead surgery. Never coming back here Will be using tesco pharmacy

been trying to reach them by phone for over an hour,some clown must be getting bored with the ringing,as they keep lifting the phone up [to get an engaged tone]then drops the phone back down,its been like this for awhile now,used to be good

Have been a customer of the pharmacy for many years the staff are excellent and very helpful over the pandemic they have gone the extra mile to help everyone I would like to thank them

Shut on a Saturday so couldn't pick up my prescription and had to ring 111 for another. Have now swapped to a different pharmacy for my prescriptions.

Pharmacist and staff are always very friendly and helpful.
