Fantastic service and great, friendly advice. This is the best pharmacy in Burnley by far.

They deliver my parents medication to them without fail every month. They are very professional. Highly recommended!

I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff at Colne Road Pharmacy. I rang them today to see if they are offering flu jabs for over 50s. The lady I spoke to was really friendly and helpful and told me I could come straight away for my jab. Everywhere else I had phone you needed an appointment. As I am Key Worker doing shifts this was difficult for me. It was a massive relief finding somewhere I could just walk in and have it, especially as I work with public all day long and am at more risk of getting flu.
The gentleman who administered my jab was friendly and extremely professional. He took my name and asked for permission to look at my medical record. He then checked it was safe to give me my jab so that it would not react with medications I am already on. Five minutes later it was all sorted. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend the pharmacy to everyone.

I could not recommend this pharmacy enough!
We have had issues between our doctors and prescriptions for our baby. The lovely people at this pharmacy have gone above and beyond to help us out so our little one has had her prescribed milk when the doctors have messed it up. They gave us extra so that we would not run out over the bank holiday even though the doctors hadn't prescribed it.
The gentleman there has always called my partner to let us know the doctors have messed things up again so we have time to try and correct it. He's ordered stuff in for us, just incase we ever ran out.
All the staff are always so friendly and polite when we go.
We travel from another town to come to this one and will carry on doing so.

Colne road pharmacist looked after my uncles meds who was on palliative care for 10 months.. He ensured any urgent meds (morphine) required for him were delivered on the same day. I requested blister packs for his daily meds and these were made and delivered without fail every month. Can’t fault the service. Would recommend to others to use this pharmacy. Thank you.
