I will never use this pharmacy again, the staff are rude and condescending on each visit i made, to top it off i ran out of medication and rather than advance some medication (i get free pensioner prescription) they wanted to charge £4.00 per item, i have never had this in my whole life, it is utterly appalling service, no care, no empathy, and this from a pharmacy that is meant to serve its community, i have changed my pharmacy now due to this very unprofessional attitude. No wonder the high street is dying when we get service like this, i'm another customer now lost from the high street pharmacies.

Very poor customer service. Spoken to like dirt. Saw them speak to others with the same disrespect. Need a change of attitude
