Cohens Chemist

My god! I only went in to collect a prescription. You’d think I’d done something terrible! Staff all talking amongst themselves. Felt like I was interrupting. Always feel very anxious when I come here. Waited 60 seconds till I was acknowledged with “Are you alright?” From quite a distance. Told her I’d come to collect a prescription and she shot me a filthy look as she went to get it. Asked to confirm address which I did and got “There you go.” No Thankyou or bye in there. I will get my partner to collect for me in future as really don’t feel comfortable entering this place anymore.

If I could give it no stars I would. Just moved to the area and signed with a new doctor who ordered my repeat prescription. Went to collect it, my God, staff so rude and disrespectful. Was told they hadn't got it and to try the chemist down the road. They wouldnt look for it, even though I tried to explain to them I had nominated them. Went to check at the other chemist, what a difference. Polite staff and really tried to help. Went back to my doctor's who told me they had definatley sent it to Cohen's two weeks previously. Went back to see them and hey presto it was suddenly there. No apology for the stress and running around I had to do despite my medication being cardiac meds.
Seems I'll just get an automated bot reply with nothing changing at this chemist. Off to change to the nice chemist in Rishton.

Very poor chemist. Staff are very nosey asking irrelevant personal questions. I walked out and went down the road. I want to give them zero stars.

Rude staff , absolutely disgusting the way they speak to members of the public, no person centred care given whatsoever and definitely not well led ? No wonder people don’t use this pharmacy and leave terrible google reviews , not helpful whatsoever! ! Very professional…….I don’t think so… definitely not CQC standards !

Terrible injection technique. Very unfriendly staff, had flu jab, no chair in exam room, leant against the wall, she jammed it into the top of my shoulder bone and pushed it in, clearly not in the muscle. I had kids with me sat in the shop, all staff clearly very annoyed. 3rd time I have found the staff rude. Will definitely not return. Basic friendliness or warmth missing. I kept thinking I'm glad I'm not 90 having that done, would have broke my shoulder!

The most ignorant, unhelpful, miserable staff I've ever encountered. Makes me and my partner dread going in and if I could use a different one I would. They all need sacking or training in how not to be such a horrible pharmacist.

One staff member helpful, others rude and useless. Pharmacist has a stinking, rotten, cocky and uncaring attitude. Other Cohens knock the socks of this stinky, damp smelling place. New chemist's needed in Rishton, badly!
