All the staff were very helpful and kind today. I had my vaccination brought forward . Very caring. Helpful both times I had to phone them .

The express queue is very slow as they want everyone to join the same queue, which defeats the object. Managers need to get more organised. Staff are very friendly and helpful though.

Have been really poorly with sepsis and in hospital,when I tried to pick up my prescription (I have a six months repeat) I was told I couldn't have any meds at all today as I hadn't picked up my last one(I was in critical care at the time!!!) Told them I must have meds but no joy!! Went home phoned doctor and they said they had to give them,phoned boots spoke to Danni who was very surly with me but said I could go return and pick up meds,when I got there the same young girl with glasses and long hair was rude to me for a second time that day,she called Danni who argued with me that two of my meds that I've had for fifteen years was not on there,she spoke sarcastically and slowly so condescending I wanted to cry she was so bloody rude to a disabled sick vulnerable customer,she needs to be reprimanded! My doctor's was fuming that they had lied about meds,they have now changed me over to prescription 2home, thank god!!!

This is a very poorly run chemist. The express collection point expect to wait at least 15 minutes for a collection. One member of staff to deal with customers all the other staff in the back allow the queue to build and build until almost out the door before helping. Waited another 10 minutes for a simple prescription to be told they didn’t have any stock ☹️

The most friendly staff you could ever wish to meet well done keep it up

The customer service of this Boots has really improved in the last 2 weeks. The new manager served me today and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable she was, friendly and caring with my request. If I wasn't mistaken I would of guessed she has been doing this role for many years. A credit to the company and this area.
I also experienced her customer service whilst waiting in the queue. This was second to none.
You may say that all of this is how customers should feel and experience but I haven't feel this over the years.
I will most certainly be sharing this with my friends.

Impossible to get thru by phone to book a flu jab

We both just had our flu jabs there. The pharmacist was brilliant, caring, thoughtful and going above and beyond. Would recommend to everyone
