St Peters Pharmacy

Disgusting Service end of! If you care about being treated with respect and human compassion then avoid at all cost! The Pharmacist and his clown staff members do not view you as anything other than a prescription who makes money for them! They are not interested in your experience or perceptions of them .. In fact they couldn't care less whether you visited them or not! What you guys seem to forget is that they would expect optimum customer service experience for themselves but do not want to provide for others! They are extremely inefficient and don't care about Patient's conveniences! Take ages and if you question then they all get together and laugh at you and about you! There are far better pharmacy's out there .. It's a business industry so why compromise by getting bad service at this joke of a place... Go and spend your hard earned money where you, your money and your experience will actually matter!!

Huge thanks to all at St. Peters. Yet again, they have sorted out the prescription problems I've been having with my doctors surgery for the past couple of months, even though they are always so busy. People don't realise how much goes into running a pharmacy but I've worked in one so know its none stop yet there is always a friendly member of staff that goes above and beyond to help. I can only imagine their workload since our doctors have been unavailable. I've seen their pharmacists stuck on the phone to desperate patients and probably some demanding nuisances but always seem to be dealt with with manners and patience. Hats off to you guys and thank you again. Much respect 🤗

Unhelpful. Disinterested. I get that pharmacies are under pressure but really when all I want is to get a script dispensed urgently due to withdrawal symptoms and medication being in short supply "customer service" would have been a nice touch

It's not often I am moved to leave a reveiw for good or ill but the customer service I received was truly excellent.
I was trying to fill a particularly obscure perscription and after ringing over ten different pharmacies St Peters was able was able to help by asking the right questions.
When I went to collect the medication I witnessed the staff going above and beyond to help a deaf lady get an emergency refill for her daughter.
St Peters more then meet my criteria for a five star reveiw.

The staff at St Peter's Pharmacy are clearly working very hard under the unusual circumstances Covid has created, ensuring their usual high standards of service haven't slipped. The counter staff are always friendly and helpful and the pharmacist is happy to give medical advice when asked for and where she can. They have bent over backwards for me in the past communicating between suppliers and the doctors surgery to get my medication. I've been coming here for years and can't fault them! Keep up the good work everyone :-)

Contrary to rumours this pharmacy is not closing. It actaully might be a good idea if it did.
Previous pharmacist was good and gave good advice. Latest is terrible. Went to collect some meds to be told no prescription from doc. Went to doc they had sent and said can provide tracking number. Pharmacy then found the prescription. But could not download it. Took over 40 mins to collect one medicine and then you dont even get a apology. People dont have all day to wait for a med, was my lunch hour and what a way to spend it.
