Don’t waste your time here. Especially in 2020 when most people carry £50 notes, they refuse to take them! Something desperately needed for my other half and refused my money. Long live corporate companies! I hope you cease trading soon

I have used jeeves chemist for many years and they have always provided me with an excellent service.

Howevee, I am a little disapointed that they no loger accept precription orders over the phone.

Pharmacist was so helpful. She liaised with my GP to manage my medication, and kept me informed and included in decisions. Thank you

Charged me 3 times for a prescription when my doctor said it should be one payment only. Older male pharmacist is incredibly rude and shouted across the pharmacy because I was facing the other way in an aggressive tone then proceeded to ask me about my medication loudly in front of other people when it is clearly a private matter and not something I would like everyone to know my medical issues. There should be privacy over these things, it’s disrespectful and unprofessional.

I've used Jeeves Pharmacy for years now. Staff are always friendly, polite and very helpful.
