Eastware Pharmacy - Alphega Pharmacy

Had occasion to use this pharmacy when I needed to obtain a special prescription item not readily available. The helpful staff managed to obtain this for me within 24 hours. Most impressed with their service and will definitely use them again.

Easily the best pharmacy in Ware . The staff on the till are extremely friendly and always greet you with a smile, as do the pharmacists who are very knowledgeable and professional regarding all kinds of medical matters. Nothing is ever too much trouble for all the staff that work here, and I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. 5 * * * * *

Kept 'not received from doctor' prescriptions or giving incorrect contents.

Never had this before they moved doctor and pharmacy.

I've reportedly tried to correct the address. Giving up now.

Changed pharmacy to Tesco, never an issue and they even text me when ready to collect.

Wanted to keep to local business instead of the big players, but they just don't provide the service anymore. Sad really.
