I came in to get some advice from the pharmacist. As I waited all the staff were behind the counter laughing and acting unprofessional. The last think you want when you are feeling unwell is to come into a pharmacy that makes you feel uncomfortable. After a long wait I left and went up to Clarks. They are so much better for customer service!!

This is the best place to work, because everyone at this place is really nice and welcoming and kind. Xx

Worst Chemist. Very unprofessional. I don’t know how these people have jobs and I don’t know how this chemist is still up and running.

Despite closing at 16:00 Shan let me and my 17 month old in after closing and fought tooth and nail with the GP, with admirable persistence, to get us a antibiotic prescription that was in stock. He was a superstar with my daughter, going over and above the duty of care for us. For that I thank him 🙏

Would recommend. Everywhere was out of stock of anti-malarial medication, as were they but they ordered it in for next day delivery and they delivered on that promise.

The best phrmacy what I go in London I'm the customer in about year right now before I was not happy with the pharmacy (sonigram) on Well Street , (Boots) in Mare Street but always was some problems with my meds with the script as well any questions end up please can you call GP to ask for this information in Norington the staff always give you advice the now when you medication run out and order for you and the staff understand where the work and make the jobs like Professional people thanks
