My luggage is delayed two days because BA is a goat rodeo and my medication is in my bag. I have evidence of my prescription and this pharmacy refused to fill it saying I need a UK doctor to write it. My medication is a basic SNRI. So I’m two days off it and they just refuse to give me enough to get through 2 days. Monsters. Absolute monsters.

I need a prescription urgently, it’s delivered to me usually the same day - can’t improve on that - brilliant !

I'm feeling extremely upset. As a regular client of Acorn pharmacy, my sister brought home 4 Optibac Probiotics bottles for my mom. We then decided to return them as my mom already got some. I went back to the store literally 1 hour after. I was completely unaware that one bottle was already unboxed. The cashier refused to refund me, which I thought I would have to accept as the evidence didn't leap to my defence at that moment. But it made me feel so hurt to be misunderstood and blamed for something we didn't do. I heard from the cashier, 'We have been here for 14 years and nothing happened'. My sister felt regretful that she didn't check the products carefully before buying them. In the end, I got refund for 3 bottles and paid £59.99 for an unboxed one. I wish I had been listened better. It's really sad!
