I have to collect my regular medications from Lloyds and the staff are always polite and helpful. It is usually very busy no matter what the time of day so I often end up in a long queue; this is particularly annoying, when my prescription is not ready and I go away to do some shopping and come back, as I have to queue twice. I order my repeats online and usually wait a week or more to collect but my pills are never ready for collection when I call in. It is not unusual for me to have to wait over half an hour. The solution would be to extend the shop and have more staff and more tills preferably with at least one till dedicated to prescriptions which seem to form the bulk of the transactions. I don't know how feasible this is but there is a rapidly growing population with many new build house and flat conversions in the immediate area putting more and more pressure on local facilities. I have already had to move from my local doctors' surgery as I could never get an appointment

I cannot speak more highly of staff at this branch.Always make me feel welcomed.Service of prescriptions is excellent although they have been stretched with deliveries.
Good presentation of £1 products.Supervisor excellent as all team.

Omg this has got to worst chemist in Worthing. I have to pick up several prescriptions for me old mum every week and always have to wait because its never ready even though they have had the prescription for 3 or 4 days.

I would put 0 stars if I could. We don't come here very often. And even the few times we do,they don't have stock on basic medicines ,or if they order in something they don't turn up . Service is slow . Even prescription was issued by the GP a week ago is not prepared and they make you wait or come back next day. Staff seemingly don't care or given up themselves. I know their job is lots of responsibility of course but still it feels like they are unorganized and they don't care either. Comperably Kamsons in Goring quick,polite and just seem to be on a different level.

In desperate need of more staff... People queuing up the road and only 1 staff member serving. 35 mins to get to counter.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just plain awful, the staff are more interested to chit chat behind the counter than serve you, and when they do most of the time they are rude and abrupt. This place is a farce, absolute joke of a pharmacy I’d recommended any other pharmacy in Worthing over this ‘shop’.

Always takes 24 hours from receiving the prescription from the Dr’s, they never rush to get it done for you. Today they are closed due to staff sickness so no medicine can be issued until after new years. Terrible service
