Unorganised, careless pharmacy with very kind nice smile on their faces! Always in late, they are extremely slow!!!

Shockingly slow staff, pharmacist dispensed medication that should not have been dispensed and had to chase up. Always slow, always a massive que, rather put stock away than serve customers. Joke place will be moving to another chemist in the area

We work 9 to 6 with no fixed breaks. Usually lucky to get 1 drink a day, and no sit down to eat lunch.
It is important to get things right. That takes time.
Nobody has time to wait. Call back. If u decide to leave store Tells us, we are still spending time on ur script
Being shouted at and abused all day long is very hard to deal with. The girls often go out the back for a cry.
Don't ask why isn't this done?
if u don't want to hear the answer.
Answering the phone takes us away from dealing with people in the store.
Pls only phone if u are unable to get to shop.
Arguing., disagreeing, calling names and repeating questions over and over also takes up time.
Just think would u like it.
What happened to compassion.
We are only human.

Anyone ever considered what pressure they’re under, standing there muttering under you breath, moaning and disrespecting those girls that work tirelessly all day long - often without a drink or chance to have a break. Turn your miserable faces upside down, it’s not all about you, show some respect for all the hard work they are doing. Often they are coming in on their day off to get prescriptions ready. This is a reflection on the state of the WHOLE NHS system being under pressure. If it’s so much of an inconvenience then order your medication online, or ask a relative to collect? I’ve personally known these girls in Lloyds for years and I totally understand the pressure they are under. Be nice, be kind, and smile.
