The staff at the water lane are friendly and professional. After trying a couple of other pharmacies to get a prescription from the Doctor to be told out of stock I tried ringing the Lloyds pharmacy at Water Lane to on check if they had it in stock. My dissatisfaction is the phone rings and rings and then goes silent. No one answered the phone, no msg to say waiting time for call to be answered just phone cut off after a few minutes. This happened on several occasion in a matter of an hour or so which forced me to go to the pharmacy to be told item out of stock. This is completely frustrating when I have an ill person at home waiting for medication that the Doctor said needed to be taken asap. I completely understand how busy a pharmacy is but surely in this day and age a better phone communication is vital for any business and patients.

Staff at Lloyds are polite, they answer the phone and it takes 5-10 minutes to pic up a prescription. I briefly had to move to boots pharmacy from Lloyds because they weren't able to supply something from my prescription. what a mistake! I quickly had to go back to Lloyds.
