They literally never pick up the phone. So I have to physically go there to ask if it’s ready, which it rarely is. Not picking up the phone is wasting my time and their time and as I assume it’s the same for other customers too just causing them more headaches when they have to come and check if their prescription is ready.

They’ve blamed a system crash before, as they wouldn’t be able to see the status of prescriptions, so they don’t pick up the phone. If that is the case, then get a phone with an answering machine and put a message saying that on it, or use a virtual phone number service and do it that way, it’s really not hard to keep customers informed and stop them leaving reviews like this.

If you want you can give you mobile telephone number and they will text you when it ready.Also you can have it delivered for free. My prescriptions are usually ready within 48hrs.

Disorganized chaos, twice now they have not had my repeat prescription. Today was a one hour wait outside so they could deal with the four people ahead of me, there were at least eight people waiting behind me. Left empty handed. The icing on the cake was one women pushing in to buy products off the shelves and then asking loads of questions, a total s*** show. Not going back, plenty more stress free environments to pick up a prescription.

sorry but it's awful. even when my prescription has been sent over days before they still somehow manage to not have it, especially frustrating as I have to get my prescription weekly. my boyfriend went to pick up my medication this morning before work at 8:15, waited until opening time only for them to put a sign up on the door AT 8:30 saying they wouldn't be open until 12. I have now missed 3 days off my antidepressants because of this awful pharmacy. UPDATE: returned at 3pm to find the pharmacy was closed for the whole day. shocking

Always busy and pharmacist takes a break at lunch which is great if it is clearly communicated. Plan your visit accordingly.
Ringing ahead used to work to pickup prescriptions but so busy it seems the phone is neglected

Prescription for my daughter was to be ready Tuesday, went in today (Friday), queued for 45 minutes to get in the pharmacy, gave my daughter name, 35 min later "are you waiting on something" gave my daughters name again, we don't have anything, the prescription was handed in on Tuesday, organised chaos at best, switching pharmacy.

Terriable staff. Extremely rude. Next time when you trying to saying anything bad about your customer please keep your voice down. We can hear you very clear from outside!!! Never been treated like this in my whole life! disgusting behaviour!!!

Staff are slow, can be rude, they promise to get drugs in and it’s a 50/50 chance it won’t be there! I moved pharmacy and will not go back to them!
