Hyson Green Pharmacy

I use this pharmacy on a regular basis. Polite, friendly and curtious staff always willing to help. Pharmacists are also very friendly and always happy to answer any queries. The service is also very personal, and they always do thier very best to meet my invidual needs.

I would definitely recommened this pharmacy, probably the best service in the area, especially comparing to some of the other big name pharmacies.

Dont deliver on time and when u ring to ask were ur medication is the receptionist says i don't know

Well after not being able to go out and collect my medicines after not being too well I decided to call in to this chemist based on Gregory Boulevard and requested if my prescription can be picked up from my Dr surgery and not only that the pharmacy processed my order and had the medicines delivered to my home address on the day and I was spoken to in a professional manner and was told what time my medicines would be delivered to me

These guys know what they are doing and I for one would recommend these guys to anyone as they also deliver near enough all over Nottingham

Professional staff and professional drivers even if I need a call prior to delivery they have met my requirements

Need to sort out your hatch system and lack of accessible card system. Had to give my pin in order for it to work. Strongly would suggest getting a R11 female to male extension cable as it's quick, cheap and easy. Contactless as a means of payment is flawed as every X attempts it will want your Pin. Or better yet, upgrade to go on the mobile network so it's completely wireless.

THE CLOSING TIMES MOST DEFINITELY NEEDS UPDATING. THEY SAY 11PM BUT IT MOST CERTAINLY ISN'T!
WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE AFTER THE OWNERS GO HOME DECIDES AT THEIR WILL WHAT TIME THEY SHUT UP SHOP, IT'S APPALLING, IT REALLY IS.

IF YOU NEED YR MEDS I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO GET THERE BEFORE 6.30PM, 6.45 IS PUSHING IT!
FOR PEOPLE WHO COLLECT THEIR MEDICATIONS ON A DAILY BASIS THIS IS S DANGEROUS SITUATION TO BE IN, (FOR THOSE CONCERNED YOU WILL KNOW WHAT I MEAN)

THIS CHEMIST USED TO BE SPOT ON, FRIENDLY, PROFFESIONAL SERVICE AT ALL TIMES. BUT NOW, ITS WELL BELOW PAR.
THEY HAVEN'T EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO CHANGE THEIR TIMES & EVEN WHEN THEY KNOW YOU WELL & WHAT YOU NEED THEY DONT EVEN TAKE THE TIME YOU GIVE YOU A QUICK CALL/SMS TO SAY THEY'RE CLOSING EARLY ETC.

THE OWNERS SAY IT'S BECAUSE THEY CANT FIND A PHARMACIST TO TAKE OVER UNTIL CLOSING, WHICH IS REDICULOUS TO BE FAIR.
THERE ARE LOCUMS GALORE WHO WOULD BE MORE THAN WILLING TO WORK THAT LATE SHIFT, CLEARLY THE OWNERS JUST DON'T WANT TO PAY THE RATE THAT LOCUMS GET & A SHOP ASSISTANT CAN'T DISPENSE CERTAIN MEDICATIONS, ESPECIALLY ONES THAT COME UNDER 'CONTROLLED DRUGS' WHICH HAVE A STRICT PROTOCOL.

TO GET THIS MESS LOOKED AT I THINK IT NEEDS REPORTING TO THE GOVERNING BODY OF PHARMACIES &
PHARMACEUTICALS.
SOMETHING SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE FIXED BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

I WOULD SAY TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A LATE NIGHT CHEMIST, TO GO TO THE ONE ON ALFRETON ROAD THAT IS OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT!
I BELIEVE IT'S CALLED THE MIDNIGHT PHARMACY.

The reviews are not a ture reflection, this pharmacy has poor performance they do not care about thier patients.They seem to be careless ,possibly because thier in a deprived area . Would they forget to do customers medication if pharmacy was located in West bridgord ? Definitely not.

I have a poorly 5 month old that needs his antibiotics and for some reason when his dad went to pick up his medicine half an hour ago it was closed with the shutters down but its supposed to close at 11pm!
