Worst customer service, they are always busy and do lots of mistakes. 1 star is bit too much for them. When we went back to collect our medicine they said its been already claimed and it seems to be a blunder from them but they didn't even apologise and instead they said they would request another prescription from the doctor. I had to give a break of 3 days to a very important course which indirectly affected my health. After all this not even a sorry from the staff, pathetic!!!!!

I called into chemist to get my prescription and I had my mask on. Can't possibly know who I am. Walked over and said address please. I said I haven't given you my name yet! She said address please. It clicked my NHS app obviously is picked up on phone and they knew I was there. Why not say that instead of being so rude. It doesn't cost anything to be nice. You want people to give you respect then give the customers some or change your job! I'm a carer and am appalled why you think this is okay.

Permanently short staffed means long queues, rude pharmacist that is too busy to speak to you about your medication, prescriptions always late. If it wasn’t for the convenience of being attached to the 1 star Drs surgery, then this place would be closed by now.

I placed a prescription for Insulin. I received a text from this pharmacy saying I have ordered it too soon from the last order. I have had higher blood glucose levels for a number of weeks due to the hot weather and I've had to take more Insulin than normal to try and combat this, hence the reason for ordering more.

What gives you the right to deny a patient life saving medicine or decide for someone else when they can or can't receive this?

I also asked the pharmacist if she could put in an emergency prescription for freestyle libre 2 sensors as my last one fell off my arm and her reply was, I could try, but no one would take any notice.

What kind of a response is that?

I will be changing pharmacy as this attitude simply isn't good enough.

Shame I can't give a minus star for the inept, uncaring, unsympathetic manner in which the staff treated my daughter who was trying to leave unused medication and sharps following the recent death of her husband. They were totally unsympathetic and showed no compassion whatsoever, and even put the bag of unused medication outside on the floor. How unprofessional and disgusting
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

My husband had an appointment today 15/9/22 at 13.50 for a flu jab booked 2weeks in advance. He got there in plenty of time. Only to be told the pharmacist was going for dinner and wouldn't be back for an hour and a half. What an absolute disgrace. What ever happened to honouring your appointments. It's a shame I couldn't give a minus star

Absolutely appalling! Was told my prescription was ready to which I go get to be told they don’t have the item I asked for a paper form to take it elsewhere no where has the item I need so I called the dr they told me the chemist it originally went to should of sent a request for a alternative which rowlands never did, so I called rowlands after searching days for my meds to see if I can have the tablet form as the dr said that is possible and the rowlands have offered this situation many of times before, was told yes that is fine asked twice on the phone as I didn’t want to walk all the way there and be told no after searching for days for this item, get there the pharmacist is on lunch so I waited the receptionist was lovely, but then the lady came over with my prescription to say she can’t do this even the receptionist said she was told on the phone it is fine and I’ve been told also before it was possible if they don’t have them in the effivescent form, so I then say why was I told she just said o she’s new which is lies you get taught and if your new and I’m sure you would ask someone else I said your needing better staff to which she said she has good staff thanks I’m not serving you now take your script elsewhere on a Friday afternoon to avoid accepting she messed up very disgusting behaviour to someone who is collecting medication infact to anyone I’ve seen her attitude before and the way she goes on it’s not acceptable, clearly have no idea what they are talking about not all of them but the one who thinks she is boss not sure if she’s the pharmacist or if she works on front but she came from behind she is very rude no people skills and will just avoid having to deal with things when they mess up numerous times, will just say she’s not serving you when they were never going to in the first place, so the meds I was meant to get on Monday I will not be getting until next week when I have already gone days without them and the bank holiday now too I won’t get anything till Tuesday which I am sure will likely be another mix up, I have written a big complaint about this one person because I think she really needs to be out this sort of industry and put into some thing less people skilled!!! How they treat people is disgusting please avoid at all costs go with lalys
