Extremely rude staff not all but most. Never have a pharmacist there regularly, unreliable, discriminate against certain ‘types’ of customers such as myself and have had to leave this chemist due to the pharmacist calling me a liar and refusing to continue my medication when I confronted their staff about their wrong doings and lack of professionalism. Disgusting. Would NOT recommend this chemist in the slightest. I think if your a long term customer you get treated with respect and courtesy but they are still unprofessional and rude. And then don’t like it when you confront them about this.

Excellent service and staff are always really friendly. The surgery have mixed up my prescription a couple of times and Lalys have been so helpful at resolving it!

I'm very disappointed in lalys lately. They used to be such a good service but it seems for some reason they cant get or keep their staff lately !! My main complaint is that although they have a telephone contact service it is SO very difficult to get them to answer it. This is so very frustrating for many of us.

They’ve always had my Rx ready in good time. They do this very annoying thing, where if they’re busy when you get there (almost always, working hard) they won’t even look up to acknowledge the customer. You end up standing there awkwardly not knowing if they’ve seen you. Why not look up when a customer arrives, smile and say that you’ll be with them in a moment.

Lucky if you find them open! Closed Saturday, closed for lunch.

Their website said open until 6pm. Turned up at 5:35pm and was told they shut at 5:30pm and that their website hadn't been updated. Told them that I really needed to collect my repeat prescription and they just said "sorry, sir". Wouldn't have hurt to have served me given that their website was wrong, it was only 5 minutes past closing, and I needed my meds!

The service has gone down badly, Never have the medication you require, keep telling me that they haven't received prescription from the GP, when they have already filled half the items. They used to be really good and polite,
