A bewildering ordeal.

This pharmacy won't issue same day prescriptions from the adjacent pharmacy because they're "snowed under" - which wouldn't be an issue except then they won't release your prescription to be collected from other pharmacies. They'll tell you that they have, but then they won't. And you won't realise that until you've gone across town to another pharmacy to try and collect it.

The staff seem nice enough. But this is insane levels of incompetence. When stood in a queue of 10 equally desperate people that seems to be moving at a slow crawl, you start to question whether you even want to be treated. Some of the other people in the queue with me have the same issue. We move as convoy from this pharmacy, back to the local Rowlands pharmacy, and back again. Like lost souls in a bureaucratic nightmare. Pray for us.

I think the senior Lloyds board manager should be tied to the post out side so the over worked staff can get on with there jobs and the manager can explain why the store so under staffed . And why prescription take 3 weeks to collect when other local pharmacy take an hour or less

27 phone calls to them in 1 day, not answered any of them. When I go there staff are very rude, told me I could not collect a prescription for someone as I didn't have their date of birth, they told me it was a legal requirement. Checked this with their head office and its untrue

Unhelpful and unprofessional staff members…being a pharmacy professional myself I am shocked that these people are employed.
I would suggest booking yourselves onto some patient care courses or leave the profession. Not a pharmacy I would recommend using.

This pharmacy is the pits. Staff are rude, Tasha is rude AND incompetent, I have now moved my pharmacy as they cannot cope with the workload. I don’t want to go to the pharmacy when unwell and walk out feeling worse. When I ran out of medication I was told to “take more responsibility for my health” and the reason for running out???? The pharmacy didn’t do my script for 3 weeks. So it’s not me who should take more responsibility it’s them. For some people this chemist is their lifeline, it’s the only place they can go and it’s convenient next to doctors, so hang you head in shame. Learn some customer service, train the existing staff and get more staff preferably with a better attitude and your customers might come back.

Rude obnoxious staff! No ‘can do attitude’ or willingness to help as other pharmacies do. This lot are really not interested and worse still, they don’t actually care. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

I will be moving my mother's medication from this Lloyds Pharmacy at Westlands Grove to Tesco in Fareham, as due to the pharmacist being ill (no one can help being ill), instead of Lloyds getting another pharmacist in to help out, no one has dispensed medication for two weeks? Please bear in mind there are a lot of elderly people who use this Pharmacy because it is attached to the Doctors Surgery. They are now 2 weeks behind? I know this because I have been waiting for my mother's prescription which was ordered on 27th September, 2021 and I've been waiting to be notified by text to pick it up. I have eventually found this out because no one answers the phone at this pharmacy and a friend went in there today and discovered what has been happening. Her medication has not been dispensed yet, which is over two weeks! I am able to sort this out for my elderly mother but what about other elderly people that do not have someone to help? Oh and don't go in there after 2.00 pm tomorrow Friday 15th October, 2021 as it will be closed due to staff shortages.

Disgraceful, should open at 8.45am, staff didn't appear until 8.49 then went in and locked the door. Actually opened the the doors at 8.59am. Then I was told I'd have to wait for the computer to boot up. Well if the sign says 8.45 it should be ready at that time. Need some decent management in this chemist.
