X2 members of staff here are so rude, I wouldn't dream of speaking and treating people the way these 2 staff members did. Simple misunderstanding leads to being spoken to like absolute rubbish. Not a pleasant experience.

All staff friendly and approachable apart from one rude and sarcastic lady - I think you know who you are - I don't expect rudeness and wouldn't tolerate it from my staff.

Such caring staff, during lockdown they couldn't have done any more to help us. Thank you all.

Time and time again I have found the same lady rude and differcult. Today is a big example, I've just had septoplasty and terbinate surgery last night and came in to collect stronger pain killers. Before entering I explained I can't wear the mask as it was painful and struggle to breath (pretty obvious when my nose is covered in packing with blood seeping out!) She clearly wasn't happy and was going to refuse me in! Looks like I need to change Pharmacy that can see 4he bigger picture or that have better customer training!

Absolutely fantastic team, always going out of their way to get people their medication, even if they are 48 hours early to collect!
Can't praise them enough, great knowledge and understanding of the medications. Service with a smile and great atmosphere. Keep up the good work!

Wanted to leave a review for this team today. Went just 10 mins before closing and it wasn't an inconvenience one bit to fill script after downloading it. Such a polite pharmacist and team. Thank you for your patience, customer service and professional service

Lovely staff, full of knowledge and very helpful. The shop follows strict covid guidelines which keep everyone safe.
