Unreliable opening times.

Website still shows they are open on a Saturday- they are not.

Also not ready to serve at 08.30 which is when they state as opening.

For the 4th repeat prescription on the trot I have to make a return visit as not all of my tablets are ready.

I have moved pharmacies now.

Handed in my prescription with 3 items on there. They dispensed 2 and gave me a ‘owing’ ticket for the third. I wasn’t told before they did this, thus giving me the opportunity to take my script elsewhere. I have called three times since (over a week) and they still do not have it in stock. The person I spoke to on the phone the third time was so flippant saying ‘Go back to your gp and get them to give you a new prescription for the third item’. No thought or care of wasting mine and my gp’s time all because they didn’t advise me of their stock. I’ve even put in a complaint on their website and they have not responded. Greedy for money people. My prescription gets sent there every month...but not anymore. So you’ve lost a long standing customer for one episode of greed. Good luck to you.

The team paid close attention to my concerns and offered me suitable advice. Although some may find it pricey, in comparison to other pharmacies I do not find them too expensive. Theyve given great help to me and my little one.

Amid a health crisis, this chemist feels it is ok to charge £7 for a tiny bottle of hand sanitizer, £5 for a handwash and £13 for a mask. I am disappointed to find local shops taking advantage rather than supporting the community.

£7 for 125ml of hand sanitizer. Thats over £50 a litre. I dont think so! Absolutly shameful and beyond unaceptable for a reputable company. Taking advantage of the current situation for a quick bit of extra profit. I will not be using this place again.

Without offending the staff who are really nice ..... with the current climate and Cv19 going round .... you must be breaking some type of competition/ trading law by selling respirator dust masks for 12.50 each, that have a retail value of 2 pound in B and Q . The big stores are not allowed to do this why are you ???

Friendly and knowledgable service. Nice and big so they have everything you need from a pharmacy.
