My pharmacists and and their staff are absolutely wonderful. They really go out of their way, making sure you are all set. Friendly kind efficient and well worthy of 5 stars if not more. Thankyou chemilab staff you always look after me ❤❤❤

Great service

My 5 year old daughter was sent home early from school with a rash that was spreading potentially from an allergy. Instead of wasting gps time straight away, I decided to get it looked at by the pharmacist to decide wether or not it was a gp or hospital visit. The lady at the checkout was lovely, she looked and asked the lady pharmacist to look. The pharmacist point blank refused to even have a peak!! She stayed with her arse parked in her seat behind the counter, barely even acknowledged our existence and basically told us to go home!! SHE DIDN’T EVEN LOOK BEFORE TELLING US TO GO HOME!
What if she had a meningitis rash?! What if I was too naive and vulnerable to look out for the symptoms? (Luckily I’m not) She could have potentially killed my child when I’ve gone to seek advice! (Luckily it’s not a meningitis rash, but what if it was and I didn’t know?) That’s what we are supposed to do right as it’s drilled into us not to waste gp and hospital time.. this pharmacy has a consultation room! A room for examinations! We were the only people in that pharmacy so she wasn’t busy! She’s an ignorant woman who simply could not give a s***, the man who works there is better. Avoid, if you think something is wrong just go to ur gp or hospital!
