I always come here for prescriptions and other regular items we need for the family. The staff are all very helpful and service is quick and caring. A few months ago I asked for an item they didn’t normally stock and it was just ordered in for me-very nice. I also had a delivery of some regular items and although they are so busy during this challenging time, it was delivered within 24 hours. It’s just always a pleasant experience :)

Kindness, competence, and experience go a long way, and this pharmacy has no shortage of any of the above. The pharmacists are very knowledgable, and the other staff are all very kind. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anybody.

We have been lately to buy a sun protection cream and a moisturizing facial cream the women were very rude. They informed us that we can’t stay longer than 15 minutes in the store. We only had 5 minutes and they were looking at us very nervous like making us doing quicker so we were stressed. That was a terrible experience I don’t suggest this place for your shopping at least anything except medication. You can’t have time to see what are you buying.

Wondered around Chiswick looking for prescription item and was turned away by boots and others. Went to Campbell’s and they were so helpful. Polite and efficient service and they sourced my product for me. Great service. Highly recommended

My wife this morning fell over close to this pharmacy, which also happens to be ours for prescriptions. She bled profusely and suffered facial (minor it turns out) injuries. The staff at Campbells took her in to look after her. They got hold of me. They were incredibly kind at helping her, checking her pulse and heart beat, advising both of us, and getting us a cab to the A & E at Charing Cross Hospital. The injuries looked worse than they were. One brilliant member of staff at Campbells was her guardian angel. And so knowledgable. We are safely home now and very grateful. Thank you for what you did.

Excellent service. I have a specific requirement for the cream I needed. The member of staff helped me find the right product (Vichy sun cream). After using it for about a month now , its amazing. They have a great selection of creams and products. Would highly recommend.

Went in to see if they had a Vichy conditioner I like as they have quite a lot of French pharmacy products, (Roger et Gallet, Vichy, La Roche posay, l’Occitane etc). They actually did have it, but the layout is not that clear in there so it took me a couple of mins to spot. Then I decided to look for a nice handwash, and maybe a candle. All the time a lady working there was watching me suspiciously and even came out from behind the counter to stand and watch me more closely as I was looking at candles. Not once did anyone ask if I needed assistance and it really felt like she was watching me as if I was going to steal something. It really put me off so I just purchased the 1 product and made sure I had my receipt and then left. I probably wouldn’t say anything but this is the 2nd time I’ve been in there (the first time they didn’t have what I was looking for) and I also felt like I was being watched with suspicion on that occasion too. I have no idea why as I don’t think I look or act in any unusual way, but honestly I’ll avoid the place in future & buy online or at a department store. Only giving 2 stars because the conditioner was a decent price.

I just went to this pharmacy for a flue vaccine. I decided not to proceed with it because of the rudeness of a man who was there. I was waiting and in a rude manner he "told me" to move forward. This is not the first time I experience this situation so I will never go again. The other staff is nice (mainly all the women). Another thing is that in many other places the flue vaccine is around £15 while here is £20. Why???
I don't recommed this place at all.

I visited the store on Monday 1 November around 11am.

The staff at the counter are absolutely useless. I had an e-prescription received from my doctor. The instructions on the e-prescription clearly said to download the original from the website stated therein using a particular authorisation code also stated therein.

But the lady serving refused and said they would need the hardcopy from the doctor. What is the point of an e-prescription if you need a hard copy?

Thankfully, the Boots nearby had staff with some common sense who dispensed the medication.
