Everetts Pharmacy is best due to humble customer oriented staff, wide variety of products (always good offers are available) , really knowledgeable pharmacist and competitive prices. You can easily prevent going GP for several reasons due to this pharmacy. My most preferred branches are Locks Heath Village and Bridge Road. But I am sure others are equally good.

Excellent pharmacy selling a wide range of products, including cosmetics. There is everything you need. The shop has been modernised and the design is very chic. They also take your prescriptions directly from your surgery and deliver them to your door freely. Excellent service all round.

5 stars to the duty pharmacist and her team for helping me out this morning. My mum had run out of blood pressure meds that I usually order online from Lloyds but was delayed because of stock shortage. I went into Everetts to see if they could help. Yes they could! The pharmacist was really knowledgeable and 10 minutes later, I walked out with the meds required. Thank you to everyone on duty this morning (Wednesday 27th July). Fantastic service.

I used another well known chemist who last month, when they dispensed my tablets, left me short on tablets. A new prescription was completed and they couldn't dispense any at all as there was a manufacturer problem. I retrieved my prescription, then rang Everetts. The lady was so helpful telling me they had my tablets. I was so happy with the service from everyone at Everetts. The tablets I am owed from the previous chemist expire in 2 days and as they cannot fulfil the requirements I have basically lost them.

Went into the shop and asked to see the pharmacist as I had an eye infection and needed his advice. I was asked to wait for five minutes. I said Thankyou and waited. Fifteen minutes later with no one waiting. I left. I spoke to the assistant, who told me he was tied up with a previous customer. Unfortunately she didn’t witness that there was no one waiting except me until five minutes before I got up and left . That someone else required a prescription. The pharmacist was on the computer the whole time. He did look up and see me waiting several times.
I will not be using Everett again.
